The following Story is based on Choice Points of my Life that led me on this Path of Ascension.

 

I believe it all started in 2001 after I received my BFA in Filmmaking from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA. I was working at Buena Vista Home Entertainment aka Walt Disney Company as a video editor in Burbank. I was working 50-70 hours a week, in a dark editing room in complete pain, over-weight, and my body hurt from neck to leg on my right side.

 

I found a healing center near my house where I met Ambika who was chanting the 108 names of the Divine Mother every Wednesday night. I loved the energy this created within me. One day, in 2002, I was invited by Ambika to see the hugging Hindu Saint Amma in Los Angeles. She was a devotee. When I arrived, there was over 5,000 people waiting for Amma's hug. My number was 4,358. She hugged people all night without a break. In the morning, when I received her hug, I felt her pull out of me some heavy energy, then she powered me up with a light that sparked my spiritual fire.

 

Soon after, I was invited to help an elder friend who was in her final hours of life. She had pancreatic cancer. A woman was at her house helping her transition. For some reason, she told me to hold her hand just as she exhaled her last breath I said "I wish I was as courageous as you". She was a leader of women's empowerment and I met her rock climbing.

 

That morning, we prepared her body and other people arrived to offer her prayers and ceremony. There were 3 people who drove a long distance to facilitate. It was my first time seeing an Eagle feather and using sage and speaking heart-warming prayers to Creator. These 3 people became my spiritual teachers. Less than a month later, I was enrolled in their Mystery School studying altered-states of consciousness in the forests near Yosemite doing breathwork, vision quests, sweatlodges, and learning about Carl Jung, shadow work, and the Karpman Triangle. Over a 7 year period, I did 144 Ayahuasca ceremonies with the Santo Daime Church, 88 Native American Church ceremonies, creating sacred container and became a Pathkeeper and Guardian. My initiations were not easy, yet it brought so much resolve and meaning to a 3-D way of life that wasn't making any sense. I met 100s of my spiritual family who were planetary healers. They adopted me and shaped my life to how/who I am today. It was here that I learned about and practiced indigenous ways of prayer and ceremonies. Learning how to navigate expanded consciousness was my passion. I was absolutely devoted to this Path of Ascension. Over the years, I became certified to be a plant medicine facilitator for therapeutic purposes.

 

In 2006, myself and my soul sisters and brothers supported our teacher with the actualization to gather 13 Indigenous Grandmothers in Council at the Menla Center in New York. At the Gathering, the Grandmothers agreed to travel the world to their home places, teach and share their ways of prayer for peace on Earth, planetary healing, and to support the next 7 generations coming. This was the prophecy of the Eagle and Condor. For me, it was a "Forest Gump" moment as I was asking myself "how did I get here?" There I was watching the 13 Grandmothers sitting around a big round table, surrounded by the Global Women's Gathering including Gloria Steinem and Pema Chodran.

 

Then I was hired to create 66 videos for the Minister of Prayer Certification Program by filming spiritual teachers and the 13 Grandmothers for the online school. For this, I quite my job at Disney, moved to Northern California, and created Conscious Evolution Video Productions.

In 2010, I began my deep dive into Biodanza, the Dance of Life, a somatic conscious dance practice to learn how to rehabilitate the repressive conditioning of humanity. I was able to meet and film the Creator of this Global dance movement, Rolando Toro Aranada, before he died. I enrolled in the training program where I learned the 5 basic human needs to be fully alive in life: vitality, affectivity, sensuality/sexuality, creativity and transcendence.

 

In 2012, the 13 Grandmothers completed their gatherings, and I graduated from the International School of Biodanza as a facilitator. While I never became a teacher, this method taught me how to deeply love myself and lovingly connect with others, supporting my inner child by reparenting and claiming my empowerment. I found my joy of life. The conscious dance community in the Bay Area gave me a sense of family and community love. I attended Sweat Your Prayers every Sunday in Sausalito as my Dance Church.

During that time, I had severe digestion and elimination problems due to IBS. I found the Chi Nei Tsang Institute to help me heal my gut and attended their introductory class. Chi Nei Tsang is a 5,000 year old Taoist Energy Healing Method that massages the internal organs. I fell in love with the Tao, as I remembered being a monk in another timeline, and I began my many years of course work to become a practitioner. My gut was healed through detoxing and changing my eating habits. I was allergic to gluten!

At the same time, I started a cannabis business out of desperation because my video business was overtaken by iPhone cameras and consumer video-making. I was jobless and gifted a giant bag the medicine from a friend who said "Here. Do something with this." So my partner and I created healthy healing medicine for people with cancer and other diseases, with a focus on gluten-free, sugar-free, organic products that grew to 10 products at 35 dispensaries. It was a wild ride in that industry. I became exhausted and pulled me out of alignment with my true heart path which was Chi Nei Tsang.

In September 2013, I visited Mount Shasta to offer up my long hair to a river in a Hair-letting-go Ceremony. I was ready for a big life change. I found myself standing naked at the freezing cold McCloud River, cutting my hair off, putting it into a giant leaf, saying my prayer to change my life, and watching it be carried away down river until it disappeared. Later that day, I was at Stewart Mineral Springs in the bathtub when the Spirit of a Golden Lion named Lionheart suddenly appeared above me. His glowing golden eyes telepathically transmitted a prophetic message to me. He said "A lot of people will be getting sick and I want you to build a retreat center and learn new healing methods and here is how you will do it." I later discovered through 23&Me that this was a huge direct request from my Ancestor and a major choice point.

 

When I returned home, I was moved to action. I attended a Vipassana Meditation Retreat as he continued with the download for four months of "how to do it". I knew that I needed to find a place where I could create this retreat center per his specifications and guidance. I looked in 4 directions and Mount Shasta was the best direction to go begin a New Chapter.

By April 1, 2014, I jumped out of the Bay Area to move everything in my life to a cabin in the forest near the McCloud River. I started Lionheart Healing Center Collective, Djaying Ecstatic Dance, and offering  Chi Nei Tsang healing sessions and detoxes.

 

Mount Shasta was a new dimension of reality. I watched my personality, identity, spirituality, career, relationships be reconfigured to live in the power of the energies here and serve my mission. It wasn't easy. Everything I loved, either died or ended. My mother died 9 days after I moved. My cat died. My business ended. My partner left. My other cat died. Because of all the loss and grieving, sicknesses, accidents, I could not actualize the retreat center. At times, it felt like I was crushed into a billion pieces, yet it was the transformation that I needed to be aligned. Through these dark nights of the soul journeys, I was like a caterpillar who turned into a butterfly. I maintained a deep connection to Mount Shasta as my Guide. During these times of great despair, I went to the mountain to be alone. This was a Heroes Journey.

One day at the end of winter, I was at Siskiyou Lake where the river flows into the lake. As I stood in a sacred circle of stones, I called upon Sekhmet to help me out of a dark night of the soul. Suddenly, a Monarch butterfly flew towards me and circled around me, then landed on my left knee. I saw this as a sign because it's too cold for butterflies to fly and it was the only butterfly around. It flew off my knee and then circled back, landed on my knee again. Then flew away. I realized that it was a message that soon I would be coming out of the cocoon and become a butterfly.

It was around 2017 when I went to Mount Shasta City Park to attend the Earth Day Celebration Event. I was at the headwaters when I met Paul. We immediately connected. We sat in a tent with a Taoist Tea Master and talked as he told me about his accident and that he was from Venus. I was a little taken back, but I know that there are people in Mount Shasta who say they are Saint Germain and talk with Sasquatch, etc. Spirituality is very different here, so I just accepted it as his reality. We became good friends and he is a Starseed who remembered. He decided to become a Spiritual Tour Guide and calls himself Paul of Venus and Saint Germain is his brother. Early on, he took me out with him on the mountain and we had many deep talks and meditations. It was always special to spend time with him. I believe he is highly gifted and has great talents.

 

November 11, 2020, during COVID, I met someone very special and we had a beautiful love affair and traveled to the Yucatan. She introduced me to the Arcturian Healing Method and we meditated at all the pyramids. We spent 21 Days at Hacienda Chitzen Itza. I think it was all the love and meditating in the jungle energies where I had a 5D consciousness awakening. It was my "Oh My God" moment! The jungle was loud and I realized that I could shift my 3D consciousness to 5D nature consciousness, at will! Soon after we returned to Mount Shasta, I began practicing this method of 3D-5D consciousness. I practiced everywhere until it became easy and fluid. I realized that this is what they mean when they say "multidimensional". When I know the frequency, I can access it.

 

In January 2022, I slipped on the ice and broke my wrist and then my girlfriend left. It was traumatic! Another slap down. So, to get back up, I enrolled in the Embody Lab's Somatic Stress & Trauma Release and became a practitioner. At the same time, I was healing myself with the Arcturian Healing Method, receiving transmissions, upgrades, and working with the Quantum Field to heal unresolved childhood traumas, and ancestral karmic patterns. This didn't happen over-night. And, lucky me, my girlfriend returned and we lived together for a while. She told me that I needed to become a Guide on Mount Shasta and she filled out all the paperwork for me. I got it all together and that is when Starlight was born. We became business partners as she is a massage therapist. And, she gave me the support that I needed to get back on the Mission from the Lion. In 2023, I found a great space for Starlight Healing Center and asked her to join me. This is when Starlight Healing Center and Vortex Tours took shape. Tours and clients came from all over the world. The Lionheart story became so vividly clear. I am grateful to have met many human angels along the way and support hundreds of people in their awakening path.

The following are more interesting experiences in Mount Shasta:

​

In 2024, in the middle of winter, I was dreaming about meeting my Spiritual Teacher. I found myself in a cave and an Asian man was sitting at a low table. I realized it was Lao Tsu. He offered me a big green jade egg as a gift. As soon as I received it, I was suddenly laying on his healing table as he was working on me. I woke up to kundalini energy, hot, intense highly sexual energy moving through my body. I was like a snake in my bed. Then I felt Naga snakes come out of my crown chakra, and one bit my head.  After that, I had a migraine for 3 days. I couldn't open my eyes and I couldn't eat. Images appeared and I was healing my inner child. It was like turning the pages of my karmic book of Life to resolve each painful experience with a hug!

​

Another winter night, I was in my house and felt out of sorts. I lay down on my sofa and I heard a voice speaking with me. It was talking about grid work and was describing how to raise consciousness out of the 5G grid to the 5D grid and to teach this method on vortex tours. I asked "who is speaking to me?" They said Ashtar Command. I asked "are you in a ship over my house?" They said "yes". They gave me the coordinates to the location where this work should take place. The next day, I found the location that they wanted me to practice. It is a method that helps our consciousness rise above the static.

The Arcturian Healing Method really amplified my abilities on a multi-dimensional quantum level. I went through 4 out of 13 levels and attended 5 retreats in Mount Shasta with Dr. Gene Ang. One night, we were doing our CE5 protocol with our lasers, getting excited by little "power ups". I decided to try to use my antenna from my crown chakra to located and speak with the Mothership. I felt tingles on my head and felt a gentle warm breeze on my face. I said "hey, you know, they all just want to see the Mothership". Suddenly, the stars that we were watching became the Mothership!!! This colorful light ship decloaked in front of our very eyes, moved towards us, and then flew off. I think it was as big as Mount Shasta. The thrill and excitement was immense. I yelled out "I believe! Thank you!"

In conclusion, it has been my greatest pleasure in life to work together with so many people, Bridge-builders, and Starseeds on their awakening journey. I often say "I love my J.O.B. My Joy of Being."

I'm not sure if these kind of experiences happen to others who live here, or anywhere for that matter, but I can see now that all of these events needed to happen in order to become who I am today. I feel honored and humbled to be able to live my life in 5D on the mountain, bathing in it's frequencies at vortexes. My innate gifts were activated and my heart is grateful.
